Ares (formerly Ares Galaxy) is free open-source and peer-to-peer software with primary goal of sharing pictures, movies, and audio files across the Ares network. This is one of the many apps that allow streamlined sharing of all types of content, which is not only transferred via its own decentralized supernode/leaf network but also via internal support for BitTorrent protocol. This makes Ares Galaxy an app that can control multiple facets of file sharing that are today popular on the internet.
